He has acted for various large financial institutions and specialises in corporate recoveries, business rescue, insolvency, banking law, and the restructuring of debt and security. André has experience in a wide range of insolvency related court proceedings.

He is ranked as a leading/recommended lawyer by Best Lawyers® 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016 – Insolvency and Reorganisation (South Africa).
