The Strategy Course is designed to teach you the fundamentals of building a unique Business Strategy. The course is based upon our methodology and has been broken down into seven stand-alone mini-courses. Each mini-course builds upon the previous one and ultimately culminates into a solid, personalised Strategy for your business.

Session 1:

Identifying the gap between what you have to offer and what your customers expect from you is a challenging process. In this mini-course, you will be shown techniques to identify your customers and match their needs to your offerings. You will also be presented with a simple mapping process that will enable you to highlight the gaps between your offerings and your customers. Knowing what these gaps are will give you a good indication of how to bridge them and meet your customers' expectations.

Facilitator profile:

Robert has over 30 years of experience in managing a business both in South Africa and abroad. He started by studying Electrical Engineering and did an MBA at Henley Business School. His passion is identifying "challenges" in a business and developing solutions to resolve those challenges.

He is currently consulting on Digital Transformation and Strategy Development.
