The Khayelitsha/Mitchells Plain Chapter invites you to a webinar to explore the ways artificial intelligence may impact SMME processes, practices and outcomes.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the bold new frontier in business and entrepreneurship, and all signs point to an even bolder future for these emerging technologies. Applications for AI in business are nearly boundless, and new uses for AI emerge on a weekly basis. An understanding of the impact and opportunities of AI in your company's marketing, management and long-term strategy could give you an edge over the competition.
Outline:
- How AI can augment and replace tasks associated with your business processes, customer relations, marketing and sales.
- AI technologies such as Speech Recognition, Virtual Agents, Robotic Process Automation, Content Creation and Image Recognition without being overly technical in our discussions.
These changes entail new ways of working, and we will consider implications for the organisational design of SMMEs.
