Facilitator Bio:
Ian Brown is the owner/partner of CICC coaching consulting 4 Business. We coach businesses to reach their goals, plan growth and succeed with their teams, suppliers and customers!
I started coaching businesses in 2010 with an International franchise before starting my own Brand with partner Claude hence our Brand name Claude Ian Coaching Consulting www.cicc.org.za
My background is Retail Management, I started as a graduate trainee with Marks @ Spencer in the UK before emigrating to SA where I was recruited by the Edcon group. I worked in Operations based at HO Edgardale before moving onto Woolworths HO in Cape Town. I have had experience of Buying and Merchandising for Woolworths as well as operations and general management. I moved within the group to Truworths where I ran a Flagship store Adderley Street Cape Town, and then a regional group of stores in the Cape and Southern Cape. I was then asked to join a supplier of services to the Retail sector specialising in risk management. Whereupon, I bought into a franchise model specialising in franchises and business coaching. These last three years I have been involved in my own Brand of coaching, www.cicc.org.za with business owners and their businesses of which the service elements really distinguish the successful from the not so successful!
My passion is passing on my experience and knowledge to those Business Owners who recognise they need another critical independent source to reach a higher level of success. Success for their business and all that the business connects with: community, suppliers, employees, investors and not least but most; it's Customers!
