Facilitator Bio:
Lionel is the founder of VETTA Communication (Pty) Ltd, rebranded as VETTA Internationale to mark its 21st anniversary. VETTA is a training company that is in the process of changing the world of face-to-face training; intended to help sharpen the skills of the working community on a continuous basis.

Lionel has been training for over 27 years.
He is a television anchor, a motivational speaker, a Flow Coach, an accredited facilitator and moderator, a learning conversationalist and an entrepreneur. After studying Human Sciences at the University of Toronto, he embarked in the airline industry and remained active in the hospitality field for a number of years before venturing into opening a retail business working on large projects such as airports, shopping malls and hotels. The birth of VETTA was a way of giving to the community knowledge that is not found in text books.
Lionel is French born having been raised in South Africa. He resides in Cape Town and is fluent in English and French with a working knowledge of Italian and Afrikaans.
