South Africa's unemployment rate is now highest in the world. No doubt that this has placed our economy in peril and contributed to our growth rate being as low as it is. Unless we can do something to change this tide, we are going to experience more turmoil such as was experienced in mid-2021.

A learnership is a 12-month long commitment where a learner can achieve a qualification and get work experience. In our current economic climate, a learnership is a perfect way for companies to recruit.

Rustim is a Disability Expert Extraordinaire. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Disability Studies from the University of Cape Town. He assists businesses to "let the ability of disability enable their profitability". He achieves this through the BBBEE elements of the scorecard; skills development, employment equity and socio-economic development.

Rustim ensures that businesses can maximize their points on the BBBEE scorecard and become compliant with legislative requirements as laid out in the Employment Equity and Skills Development Acts.
