Curtis Nhliziyo is a Senior Associate in ENSafrica's employment department. He has acted for public and private sector clients, in various industries including IT, automobile, engineering, retail, medical, banking, and construction industries. He advises on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. His experience includes advising clients on unfair dismissal, restructuring, restraints of trade and organisational rights disputes, employment equity, sexual harassment, and other employment law issues.

He appears in the CCMA, and numerous bargaining councils dealing with unfair dismissal, unfair labour practices, and discrimination. He also advises clients on collective bargaining issues as well as the management of strikes.
