Event Details

The Mitchells Plain Chapter invites you to a workshop and business networking event on unpacking principles of Business Laws.

Presentation outline:

Unregistered businesses fall into the informal sector and are not recognized as legal entities. As a result, these companies cannot benefit from tax incentives, receive government subsidies, or apply for commercial loans.

The workshop unpacks different types of companies, the process of registering businesses in South Africa, and the pros and cons involved.
