George van Niekerk is an Executive at ENSafrica and Head of the Dispute Resolution practice. He specialises in commercial litigation. He acts for an array of listed and large private companies. George represents clients in regard to exchange control issues with the South African Reserve Bank, and concerning regulatory problems with the Financial Services Conduct Authority. His current matters include advising clients in regard to the recovery of a debt due by the Government and parastatals, unlawful competition, and breaches of intellectual property.
