This session will give you insight into why people behave the way they do and will provide you with two simple frameworks to understand people better and enable you to be better equipped to get the most out of any interaction.

• You will know yourself better in terms of the DISC model of personality types
• You will have a framework to understand others better
• You will have a simple framework to help you build rapport in any interaction and so maximise the chances of getting the most out of any interaction
• You will come to learn that your core personality does not have to be the boundary line of your social skills
