Dave Snowden is an international expert on how government and industry can in complex contexts, make sense of situations, to respond better with strategy and organisational development. He has pioneered a science-based approach to organisations drawing on neuroscience and complex adaptive systems theory. He has decades of experience consulting at the highest levels, on decision-making in risk and complex contexts. Dave is a popular and passionate keynote speaker and is well-known for his pragmatic cynicism and iconoclastic style.

Dave will cover the following topics for Chamber Members:
