This presentation will provide entrepreneurs with a high-level overview of:
- What a SMME is;
- Company structures in South Africa;
- How to register your company with CIPC (i.e. what documents will be required and how to navigate the website);
- Directors rights and responsibilities
Guest Speaker Profile:
Rori Francke is a 26 year old second year Candidate Attorney at ENSafrica. He graduated from the University of the Western Cape with a Bcom Law Degree majoring in Information Systems. Thereafter, Rori successfully read towards a law degree from the University of Cape Town.
He has completed a year in the Banking and Finance department of ENSafrica where he primarily dealt with matters involving loans, derivatives and regulatory advice. Currently, in his second year of articles, he has moved to the Pro Bono department of ENSafrica.
It is envisaged that this presentation will be insightful and enlightening for both established SMME's as well as entrepreneurs wishing to establish a SMME in the future.
