Ms Sadan is an experienced Group Human Resources Manager with a demonstrated history of developing and implementing sustainable HR practices which partner with business to deliver on its strategy.


She is skilled in HR Strategy, Negotiation, Analytical Skills, HR Consulting, Coaching, Executive Search and holds a Post Graduate Diploma focused in Management Practice from the University of Cape Town.


Ms Sadan is currently completing a Masters in Philosophy: People Management at the University of Cape Town.
