Presenter profile:
Andrรฉ Symington is an Executive in ENSafrica's Insolvency, Restructuring and Business Rescue department.
He has acted for various large financial institutions and specialises in corporate recoveries, business rescue, insolvency, banking law, and the restructuring of debt and security. Andrรฉ has experience in a wide range of insolvency related court proceedings.
He is ranked as a leading/recommended lawyer by Best Lawyersยฎ 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016 โ Insolvency and Reorganisation (South Africa).
Andrรฉ is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and he has successfully graduated with BCom (Law) (University of Stellenbosch), and LLB (University of Stellenbosch).
