The Cape Chamber's Agribusiness Portfolio Committee is honoured to host Prof Elmien du Plessis - Professor at the Faculty of Law at the North-West University.

Prof du Plessis will discuss and engage on the Constitutional imperative of land reform and what it means for South Africa. The meeting will address land audits, current published and unpublished land reform policies and pieces of legislation that will impact land reform.

Implications of the lapsed Bill to amend the Constitution for the future of land reform in South Africa will also be addressed.
