The Cape Town Central Chapter invites you to a business breakfast event with Marlene Le Roux, CEO of the Artscape.
She will talk on Business and The Arts โ Towards sustainable employment. As today's business landscape continues to shift, companies need talent that can respond to an ever-changing world of work. Participation in creative expression fosters and incubates the essential skills and leadership needed in today's world. Innovation can be defined as applied creativity and partnering with arts organizations and artists to unlock pathways to that innovation.
Guest Speaker Profile:
Marlene Le Roux is the CEO at Artscape. In this capacity, she endeavors to close the divide that exists due to the legacy of our Apartheid history. She goes to great lengths to bring people to the theatre, and when that proves difficult she takes the theatre, in the form of a fully-fledged production to the rural areas and the communities

Marlene is a mother of two beautiful children Aimee 15 years and a son Adam.. Adam was severely cerebral palsy, unable to speak, and also afflicted with blindness and died at the age of 17. He remains an inspiration to her.
