Michael Papas is an Associate at ENSafrica's Insolvency, Restructuring, and Business Rescue practice.

He has acted for various large financial institutions, liquidators, and business rescue practitioners and specialises in corporate recoveries, business rescue, insolvency, and the restructuring of debt and security. His experience includes drafting liquidation and sequestration applications, the extension of liquidators' powers, drafting particulars of claims, and other insolvency-related litigation proceedings.
