Guest speaker Profile: Lukas Coetzee

Lukas Coetsee is an entrepreneur, legal advisor, management consultant, and specialist in developing businesses. He holds a B.Comm, (NWU), Hons B.Comm (NWU), and DPLR (Unisa School of Business) and has been an advisor and general counsel to various businesses

for the past 30 years, focusing on commercial-, contract- and labour law.

He is the founder of the Dekka Group, a Cape Town-based specialized advisory and consulting group that focuses on advising public and private companies, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals on complex commercial transactions, the management of the human capital that drives the successful outcome and sustainability of these transactions. He provides legal advice on the design and architecture of business transactions, asset acquisitions, and raising corporate finance.
