Facilitator Bio:

Willow is an experienced professional with over 16 years in the Human Resources field, working with junior to senior managers on all aspects of people management and development.

She holds a BCom degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, is an accredited EDTP SETA Skills Development Facilitator, Train-the-Trainer, and a professional member of the South African Board of Personnel Practices.

She has collaborated with HR specialists from across Africa, North America and Australia and has experience in business process outsourcing; publishing; property; pharmaceutical; manufacturing; hospitality; IT; transport; and tourism industries.

She currently consults with a focus on providing expertise in labour relations, performance management, skills facilitation and legislative compliance.
