Michael is a Practicing Attorney and founder of Bagraims Attorneys.
He matriculated at Cape Town High School and graduated from Rhodes University with a BA and thereafter an LLB. Michael was a member of the Student Representative Council and numerous other student organisations.
He serves as a Trustee, Committee Member, and Executive Member of various Associations, Societies and Groupings. Michael is a regular contributor on industrial relations and labour law to radio, TV, newspapers and magazines.

Natasha Mazzone is a South African politician who is currently serving as Chief Whip of the Official Opposition in the National Assembly of South Africa. She has been a Member of the National Assembly, representing the official opposition Democratic Alliance (DA), since 2009. She was the second Deputy Federal Council Chairperson of the DA and the party's spokesperson on state capture. She was Shadow Minister of Public Enterprises and Shadow Minister of Communications. In March 2021, she became a recipient of the Order of the Star of Italy, an equivalent of a knighthood in Italy.

Rustim Ariefdien is a Disability Expert Extraordinaire. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Disability Studies from the University of Cape Town. He assists businesses to “let the ability of disability enable their profitability”. He achieves this through the BBBEE elements of the scorecard; skills development, employment equity and socio-economic development.
Rustim ensures that businesses can maximize their points on the BBBEE scorecard and become compliant with legislative requirements as laid out in the Employment Equity and Skills Development Acts.

Gubela Mji is a Professor at Stellenbosch University and the Director of the Centre for Disability and Rehabilitation Studies. She also chairs the African Network for Evidence-to-Action in Disability (AfriNEAD) and is the President of the Association for the Physically Disabled - Cape Town Region. She has published academic papers in leading journals and chapters in a book by acclaimed leading publishers. She has also delivered keynote presentations at prestigious international conferences. She has been invited to participate in dialogue and decision making by national, regional, and international decision makers in the development of indigenous, international, and global health and rehabilitation frameworks. She supports provincial and national government in key decision making that relates to disability and rehabilitation policies. She gives advice in the development of models of best practice for disability and rehabilitation - both at local and regional arenas and consults with the UN, WHO and NGO agencies for the development of programmes that advance the lives of person with disabilities.

Peter Ross is a registered Chartered Accountant CA (SA) and B-BBEE Specialist. He is highly regarded within the business community and is known for high-level strategy formulation and BBBEE Consulting, transformation planning and implementation. He is a previous Board Member of the Association of BEE Professionals (ABP and was a founding member of the National Association of BEE Consultants (NABC). Peter is currently a Board Member and Honorary Treasurer of the Cape Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
