Tracy van Wyk is an Executive in ENSafrica's Corporate Commercial department. She specialises in M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, inbound investment and establishment in South Africa, group restructuring, general business transactions, corporate advice and all aspects of general commercial work. Tracy has extensive experience in advising on various regulatory regimes including, most regularly, the South African Companies Act, 2008 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2008. She also has significant experience in relation to the railway infrastructure, renewable energy, aircraft and property sectors.
