Rakhee Dullabh

Rakhee Dullabh is an Executive in ENSafrica's technology, media and telecommunications ("TMT") as well as data privacy team. She specialises in technology, data privacy, cybersecurity, electronic communications, outsourcing, information technology ("IT"), advertising regulations and social media.

She has also assisted clients with their ICT compliance requirements and has advised on legislation about TMT law, the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000, data privacy and protection legislation (including the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 and other relevant legislation.

Naledi Ramoabi

Naledi Ramoabi is currently completing her articles of clerkship at ENSafrica in the technology, media, and telecommunications and data privacy team. Her experience includes advising clients from the telecommunications and retail sectors on data protection and privacy laws, including regulatory compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002, and the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000.
