Terine is a seasoned HR Business Partner with over 17 years in the Human Resources (HR) profession, predominantly gained in the multinational context of the automotive industry. Terine holds a Masters in Human Resources and is a registered Chartered Human Resources Practitioner with the South African Board of People Practices (SABPP).

Of late, she has successfully launched EmpowerLink Services, her HR consulting company. She has supported several business leaders within the SME market with access to HR expertise, giving them peace of mind over the last four years.
