Event Details

The Khayelitsha/Mitchells Plain chapter invites you to a webinar on Law and Fairness in the Economy and the Benefits thereof for small businesses.

The Competition Commission has recently issued the Price Discrimination and Buyer Power Guidelines. The Commission stated that the objective of the buyer power provisions is to enhance the participation of small and medium businesses as well as historically disadvantaged persons in the economy, by protecting these firms from unfair exploitation by dominant buyers of their products.

The session will be interactive and questions are encouraged.
