Managing taxes is one of the most difficult parts of running a business. If not handled properly, it can hurt your business and put all your dreams of being an entrepreneur at risk.

This workshop aims to discuss the tax issues of ordinary companies trading in South Africa and the general principles governing the taxation of small and medium-sized companies.

Facilitators:

Scott Salusbury is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Tax practice. He advises multinationals on transfer pricing and related tax aspects of cross-border African business operations.

Jo-Paula Roman is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Tax practice. She specializes in domestic and international corporate income tax matters, particularly in value-added tax ("VAT").
