Fritz Schulz is an executive in ENSafrica's Real Estate/Property Development Team. He specialises in all areas of property law, notarial practice and conveyancing.

His experience includes acting in matters relating to commercial property finance transactions as well as advising corporates on land rationalising transactions and assisting them with the implementation thereof. Fritz's qualifications include:

• B Proc (University of Pretoria);
• LLB (University of Pretoria);
• H Dip Tax (University of Johannesburg);
• Admission as an attorney, notary, and conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa.
