What is the EMP501 submission?
EMP501 submissions are the responsibility of the employer. This webinar has been designed to show the user how to use Easyfile and E-filing to submit their EMP501 interim submissions, which is the 6 monthly submission. Submitting your EMP501 interim submission also allows your company to stay tax compliant when submitted before or on 31 October.
An EMP501 is a report that has all staff earnings as required by SARS, and needs to be submitted twice a year before the issue of IRP5 and IT3 certificates for staff.
