Guest Speaker Profiles:

Terine Lott-Cupido

Terine is a seasoned HR Business Partner with over 17 years in the Human Resources (HR) profession, predominantly gained in the multinational context of the automotive industry. Terine holds a Masters in Human Resources and is a registered Chartered Human Resources Practitioner with the South African Board of People Practices (SABPP).

She has successfully launched EmpowerLink Services, her HR consulting company which has supported several business leaders within the SME market, with access to HR expertise and giving them peace of mind over the last four years.

Mark Baker

Mark is the CEO and Co-Founder of Mygrow. He is an Organisational Psychologist specialising in the development of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Organisational Culture. His early work involved face-to-face interventions for individuals and teams in the mining, logistics, finance, hospitality and manufacturing industries. Mark started Mygrow when he saw the impact that technology could have on behavioural change. His methods and teachings are being used around the world and the technological approach of Mygrow is pioneering a new approach to people development and organisational well-being.
