This session aims to provide an overview of a typical job search process focussing on equipping participants with practical insights into CV writing, interview preparation and skills, as well as general tips on how to put your best foot forward.
The session will be interactive in nature, and questions are welcomed.
Presenter profile: Carima Toefy
Carima Toefy is a senior HR business partner | organisational development in the HR department at ENSafrica, and is an admitted attorney. She focusses on projects that impact the firm as a whole, and works closely with Lebitso Mokgatle - the HR Executive of the ENSafrica group. Carima's priority areas comprise mainly of employment equity and transformation, diversity and inclusion, and internal advisory and/or attending to intricate internal employee relations. She previously also provided the full spectrum of HR-related support to the firm's practice areas in the Western Cape, which encompassed the complete 'employee lifecycle' from recruitment to termination of employment and everything in-between.
Prior to joining the firm's HR department, Carima was a senior associate in ENSafrica's Dispute Resolution department having completed her articles of clerkship with the firm. She specialised in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and acted for clients in various sectors, such as the private healthcare and the financial services sectors. Carima advised clients on complex legal matters including contractual disputes, unlawful competition disputes, regulatory matters, and administrative law issues.
