Ayesha Arend is an Associate in ENSafrica's Property practice and specialises in property law.

Her experience includes the preparation of conveyancing documentation and advising on residential property transfer registrations, sectional title property registrations forming part of new developments, estate transfer registrations, and drafting of agreements of the lease as well as the agreements of sale.

In addition, Ayesha is also experienced in the drafting of conventional and Shariah-compliant wills, and the administration of estates and has advised clients on the Islamic laws of inheritance in South Africa.
